Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process:

For all returns, an RMA request must be initiated and approved according to the following guidelines:

  • An RMA is required for all returns of Technoquo products, regardless of the reason for the return.
  • Returned items must include all original accessories, manuals, software, and warranty documentation.
  • The original product packaging must be undamaged. A restocking fee of 25% may be applied if the original packaging is damaged.
  • Do not write directly on the original product packaging.
  • The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outer shipping box.
  • The outer package must clearly display Technoquo’s full return address, preferably on a securely affixed label.
  • Upon receipt and inspection by our returns department, your exchange or refund will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Any discrepancies between your purchase order and the received goods must be reported to us within two business days of delivery.
  • Return ítems must be received in our office of USA in Florida to request a warranty process. We sell FOB USA.
  • Technoquo Will let know the customer before send the item to request guarantee from manfuacturer or by our dealer.
  • Always make sure beofre buy tio check days of warranty of each product.
  • Refunds must aplicable any charge for international transfers.
