When you place an order on Technoquo, you will receive an order acknowledgment email. This email confirms your order but does not constitute a contract or acceptance of your order. It simply serves as a record of your purchase and its price.
Technoquo reserves the right to cancel or limit your order for any reason, which may not necessarily be disclosed.
By placing an order with Technoquo, you agree to be bound by all TCUS set forth on the Site, including the Technoquo Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Technoquo offers various payment options, including online, phone, and fax. You can choose from credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, or account purchases.
For account purchases, credit limits are determined by Technoquo’s credit department and may take up to a week to process. Payment terms for approved accounts are typically net 30 days.
Technoquo accepts major credit and debit cards, including American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. Your card will be charged on the day of your order for security reasons.
Bank transfers are also accepted. Please note that international bank transfers must cover all associated transfer fees. Your order will be processed once your payment is received.
For high-value orders placed by phone, Technoquo reserves the right to request further verification before authorization.
Technoquo may offer Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) payments at its discretion. For security reasons, Technoquo may require first-time customers to pay via bank transfer.
Technoquo reserves the right to cancel any sale if its insurance company or fraud detection department suspects any fraudulent activity.
Standard payment terms for credit account customers are 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Overdue payments may be subject to interest charges.
All prices are listed in US Dollars and do not include taxes, duties, customs fees, clearance fees, forwarding duties, or international shipping and handling charges. Sales tax applies to all products sold to USA Customers. USA resellers must provide a valid resale tax exemption certificate to avoid sales tax charges.
Unless otherwise stated, all shipments are FOB USA Technoquo’s warehouse. Customers are responsible for contacting their chosen carrier service directly in case of any damage, delay, or loss during shipping. Wes hip from Miami.
Customers may provide shipping instructions to the carrier during order placement. If no instructions are provided, Technoquo will select a suitable shipping method. Technoquo is not liable for any delays or damages incurred during shipping. Any delays caused by the customer will result in storage of the ordered products at the customer’s risk and expense.
For FOB shipments, the risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the customer, their representative, or the carrier upon shipment.
Orders accepted by Technoquo cannot be changed or canceled by the customer without Technoquo’s written consent. Any canceled, replaced, or changed order will incur a minimum handling fee of $25 or 15% of the order value, whichever is greater.
To cancel or change an order, you must contact Technoquo’s customer service or sales support by phone or email during business hours. Email cancellations will not be accepted on the same day.
Technoquo reserves the right to reject or cancel any order due to product unavailability or backorder status.
Some listed products may not be in stock. Please review stock details before placing your order.
If a product received for replacement is no longer stocked or is out of stock, Technoquo will offer either a comparable replacement or a refund at the product’s current market value, not exceeding the original invoiced price.

Any legal action arising from these TCUS shall be brought in the Municipal or Superior Courts of the State of Florida, and/or the United States District Court, Central District of Florida, or another mutually agreed-upon venue.
Technoquo Works in Ecuador under the name of Technoquo S.A and partnert with Respalcorp LLC in USA.
These TCUS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In any legal action relating to these TCUS, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and other related costs.
If a customer requests Technoquo to ship a product to a third party, both the customer and the recipient agree to be bound by these TCUS.
Any terms and conditions in customer orders that conflict with these TCUS are inapplicable unless expressly agreed to in writing by Technoquo. All orders accepted by Technoquo are subject to these TCUS.
Using the Technoquo Site constitutes acceptance of these TCUS. Accepting any product ordered constitutes acknowledgment of all TCUS.
Upon delivery and acceptance of an order, the customer grants Technoquo a continuing purchase money security interest in the products as security for payment of all amounts due. The customer agrees to cooperate with Technoquo in perfecting this security interest.
If the customer defaults under this security agreement, Technoquo reserves all remedies available under applicable law.
Technoquo makes no representation regarding any intellectual property rights it may or may not have in the products listed on its website.
Technoquo reserves the right to modify these TCUS at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised TCUS. It is your responsibility to review these TCUS periodically for any changes.
